I know this week seems like a bit H&M heavy. But I have enjoyed a couple of their recent video viral posts. Not always the case. This one has good footage of the fanatical shoppers waiting in line for the first H&M store in Nagoya, Japan. And it's done well. Plus, we all know I love Japanese pop culture!♡

I don't really get why some people don't like Anna Dello Russo. She's an editor for one of the best pubs (Fashion Director, to be clear, at Japanese Vogue which is leaps and bounds better than American Vogue). And she truly truly loves and is inspired by fashion. It's very clear this is a genuine quality to her personality. She's so excited about it all and loves it all honestly and deeply. So anyway...looks like she's doing or done some things with H&M and sounds like accessories. But I mostly just love watching her talk about fashion and here own collections and her own home, which is pretty fantastic.♡

SAD NEWS...RIP VIDAL SASSOON :(

I was still sad about the loss of MCA AND Maurice Sendak (which I'm posting something about this weekend) and then BAM....I heard the news about Vidal Sassoon and his battle with leukemia. What a genius. These are the people who sometimes get forgotten. I mean, women had the ugliest hair-dos and old fashioned styles before he came around with his FIVE-POINT CUT. He helped ring in the Mod scene which continues to be a staple style...it just never goes out of fashion. I did a post on the documentary which you can see here...but I had to say something, even though it's such sad news. I grew up hearing those commercials with the tag line, "IF YOU DON'T LOOK GOOD, WE DON'T LOOK GOOD." :( RIP Vidal Sassoon.♡
