♥ MATERIAL GIRL VINTAGE GUNNE SAX-STYLE DREAMY EDITORIAL ♥

I just love Material Girl magazine. They just love what they do and do what they love. I love the editorials in pretty much every issue, though I wish it was easier to get every issue. I have to order it and have it shipped from overseas actually. The below editorial is from their current issue, I think, as it matches the cover I see on their site. I found these images from their blog petfanclub, which I also love. What I love about this editorial is how dreamy siren it is, it's also very Virgin Suicides (as in the film...which is really very 70s..and the book...which you should read because it's very very good!) and also very very vintage Gunne Sax (which I have a collection of..and is also very very 70s). It's all those maxi dreamy prairie dresses with long natural hair. So so gorgeous. See all the credits below because they did a beautiful job with this story.♥

♥ CO. FALL 2013/2014 ♥ SIMPLE AND OH SO PRETTY ♥

I don't know if it's Spring and more sun or my own being (finally) ready to think about a new boyfriend or what...but I am sure drawn to these ultra feminine looks as of late...and that's just fine with me. I don't know too much about the label Co. other than those hilarious little animations they did a while ago (I think I did a post on one a while ago here). But I did manage to check out their lookbook for Fall 2013 and I liked it. I like, also, how the models have the French (again) thing about them in that their makeup isn't perfect and they look like they just rolled out of bed. :) ♥

so so pretty. though, i'd be wearing a bra.

♥ A.P.C. FALL 2013/2014 SUPER FRENCHY GIRL ♥

I really love the brand A.P.C. and if all of my jobs paid me the way some of them do, I'd be buying pieces from them all the time...because they are pricey for uber casual wear. But what you're buying feels nice. It feels super Frenchy because A.P.C. is a Frenchy brand. I love the lookbook for Fall 2013/14 and the girls, too, because they all look like girls I know and see at art openings and dinner parties and just girls I'm friends with in general. ♥

I love these little girls or young ladies on YouTube who do these uber Japanese tutorials. They're so young and they're actually so amazing...so into their looks and the scene and adorable to watch. Venus Angelic gets a lot of negative feedback and I'm perplexed by all the hatred. She's so rad in her obsession with the Japanese. Have fun watching them. They're awesome.♥
