Yes...THAT Moss. Kate's little 13-year-old sister, Lottie (the same name as my little dog), who just signed up with Kate's first agency. And she is so pretty. I didn't even know Kate had a younger sister. People/clients must be salivating right now over this girl. I'm personally excited to see what she'll do and if she, too, has that ethereal thing about her like her big sister exudes.♡
